Spike Lee Signs on for Mike Tyson One-Man Show

In a career move no one ever saw coming, Spike Lee may take his directing talents to Broadway to help out the likes of none other than the man, the myth, the legend—the Mike Tyson.

According a statement from Tyson to TMZ, Lee is in talks to direct a Broadway version of his one-man show, Mike Tyson: The Undisputed Truth. The show, a raw confessional on the highs and lows of the life of the retired heavyweight, has been running since April at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, where seats sell for 99 dollars a pop. If nothing else, Lee has plenty of source material to work with here. At 45 years old and 3 years sober, Tyson has plenty of stories to tell about his, er, inspirational journey to a stable adulthood.
