Nick Lowe Announces Solo Acoustic Tour Dates
British pub rocker Nick Lowe has been known as an under-the-radar songwriter for the majority of his career, but he’s been making big moves recently, opening up for Wilco on a national tour in 2011 and getting his own tribute album due later this year. His label Yep Roc announced today that Lowe has confirmed a string of solo acoustic headlining tour dates for this fall.
The dates are in support of 2011’s The Old Magic, an album that saw the songwriter make his first music video in 18 years for “Sensitive Man.” The solo tour dates stretch from September to October and include both east and west coast appearances. You can get ticketing information about the tour dates over here.
