The xx Announce Small U.K. Shows Behind New Album, <i>Coexist</i>

To celebrate the release of their upcoming album Coexist, The xx have announced three small U.K. shows for September. The London trio’s sophomore album hits stores on Sept. 10, which is the follow-up to their 2009 debut.

They shared the news via Facebook, saying: “On September 10th we release our new album and we couldn’t be happier to spend that week in the UK, playing some very intimate shows at 3 beautiful venues.”

The band has played a sampling of new material at recent shows, including the album’s lead single, “Angels.” Check out the new track and tour dates below.
