Watch Jesse Eisenberg in the Official Trailer for <i>Why Stop Now</i>

Jesse Eisenberg’s latest film looks one part Luke Greenfield’s The Girl Next Door and one part Pineapple Express. IFC Films released a trailer for the new comedy featuring Eisenberg as a piano-playing prodigy who becomes wrapped up in the drug lifestyle of his mother’s dealer, Sprinkles (played by Tracy Morgan).

Directed by Phil Dorling and Ron Nyswaner, the film is scheduled for release on Aug. 17. The plot looks a little scattershot throughout the brief two-minute teaser, but will no doubt be filled with golden Morgan one-liners and Eisenberg playing the cool-and-quirky genius.
