Bruce Springsteen Breaks Personal Set-Length Record
Bruce Springsteen’s already known for his extremely long sets, but according to NME, The Boss broke his own personal record at a performance in Helsinki last night after playing a concert that lasted four hours and six minutes.
The Boss played 33 songs to the crowd in the Finnish capital including four covers, ranging from John Fogerty’s “Rockin’ All Over the World” to The Isley Brothers’ “Twist and Shout.”
Springsteen’s entire European tour has been filled with notably long shows. He and Paul McCartney even had the plug pulled on them while performing at London’s Hard Rock Calling for going over the show’s allotted time.
He and the rest of the E Street Band will embark on a North American tour this fall in support of his recently released Wrecking Ball.
