Creative Allies Reintroduces MacGyver with Comic, Design Contest

MacGyver is poised to be reintroduced in a new comic book series this fall, and Creative Allies are giving fans a chance to become a part of the process. They are holding a contest to create a slogan and design a t-shirt that will be given away at New York Comic Con this October. The comic series is expected to be released on Oct. 10. The story was written by Lee David Zlotoff and Tony Lee, and artwork was done by Will Sliney.

Slogan submissions are being accepted now on CA’s Facebook page and t-shirt submissions will be accepted starting Aug. 27. The creator of the best slogan will receive a MacGyver survival kit that includes a free t-shirt, a roll of duct tape, a Swiss Army knife and paper clip. The best designer will win a $500 prize and a signed edition of the MacGyver comic book series. The contest runs until Oct. 2.
