Frank Ocean Cancels European Dates

New school R&B sensation Frank Ocean has cancelled a string of upcoming European performances. The announcement of the cancellations came in the form of a message posted to the Way Out West Festival’s Facebook page, which you can view to the right. If you have a hard time reading the seemingly Martin-inspired script, the announcement is transcribed below as well.

“Let me start by saying I feel like an asshole right now but a tough decision had to be made in regard to my schedule over the next months and the casualties of that decision include my appearances at upcoming festivals in Europe and my opening slot of the European leg of the Coldplay world tour. Sorry as fuck, I’ll be back if you’ll have me.”

The cancelled dates include five upcoming festival performances, as well as the European leg of Coldplay’s world tour. Ocean’s recent performance at Norway’s Oya Festival was cut short after four songs because of vocal problems.

Below is a complete list of cancelled dates.
