We’ve already heard snippets of two Bob Dylan songs off the upcoming Tempest thanks to the Cinemax original series Strike Back. Today, NPR.org gives us our first full-length listen to the opening track off the Sept. 11 release, a date that coincides with the 50th anniversary of Dylan’s debut 1962 album.
The track, just shy of six-minutes, begins with an old-timey Western feel—that is, until the drums come in and we hear that familiar voice, aged to perfection.
Head over to NPR to listen to the song, check below for the remainder of his summer tour dates, and here for fall dates.
