We’ve seen our fair share of festival faux pas (most recently a woman arguing with security that her tasseled pasties counted as a “top”).

With such uninhibited sartorial freedom comes responsibility, and at every festival there are plenty of patrons who grossly violate the unwritten laws of festival attendance. Below is our guide of what to avoid. Check yourself before you head through the turnstiles this weekend at Lollapalooza—or any festival for that matter.
