Leaked Prince of Persia Screenshot Suggests an Egyptian Reboot

The Prince of Persia franchise could be headed to Egypt, if a leaked screenshot is any indication. The image was allegedly taken from the current reboot and leaked to Ubisoft’s official forums.

The screenshot labels the project as “PoP Zero 2.” It reveals little about the game, besides a bulky central figure and very Assassin’s Creed-esque visuals. According to Polygon, this reboot would be vastly different from Ubisoft’s original plan, Prince of Persia Zero, which was to take place in a modern day setting.

Ubisoft has not yet confirmed or denied the rumor. You can check out the screenshot below.
