Malcolm McDowell to Guest Star on Community

Malcolm McDowell was recently announced for a guest-starring role in the long-awaited fourth season of NBC’s Community. McDowell will portray a history instructor at Greendale Community College named Professor Cornwallis in a two-episode stint on the show.

The actor joins others like Michael K. Williams, Kevin Corrigan and Betty White in a list of guest-starring Greendale professors who have tried (and usually failed) to aid the gang in receiving a community college education. Fellow Brit Matt Lucas was also announced have a guest role announced in the forthcoming season.

Community (thankfully) returns to NBC in its new 8:30 p.m. Friday time slot on Oct. 19 despite the unfortunate absence of series creator and original showrunner Dan Harmon.
