Werner Herzog to Direct The Killers for Webcast

Following a series of legendary bands paired with equally legendary directors for American Expressed Unstaged, The Killers have teamed up with German director Werner Herzog for a live concert webcast. Past pairings include David Lynch and Duran Duran, as well as Gary Oldman and Jack White.

Details of the webcast are sparse, but fans can submit photos of themselves and some will be selected to be included in the show.

According to the Killers bassist Mark Stoermer, “He wanted to not make any mistakes that any of the other directors may have made.”

The concert is scheduled to air on Sept. 18, 7 p.m. EST on Youtube.
