Watch MGMT Cover The Rolling Stones' "Angie"

MGMT played their first set since April on Friday night at Montreal’s Osheaga festival. The psych rock band were on their game, despite the hiatus, and brought out a cover of the Rolling Stones track “Angie.”

Singer Andrew VanWyngarden did justice to Mick Jagger’s vocals and received some help from the crowd. MGMT has successfully paid tribute to classic rock songs like this and “Future Games” on the Fleetwood Mac tribute album Just Tell Me That You Want Me.
