Darksiders 2 wants you to go to Hell. No, seriously. The 30-second TV spot features Death himself charging into Hell amid the apocalypse. Families flee for their lives as monsters consume their city, and just as things are looking bad for one pink-shirted little girl and her father, Death plows by. Hey, he’s riding here! Watch where you’re going, jerk.

The game is set in the same universe as its predecessor; this time players will take control of Death, rather than War. Darksiders 2 will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on Aug. 14. Check out the trailer below.
