Warner Bros. Releases Character Photos from <i>The Hobbit</i>

Warner Bros. has released a new image gallery detailing the cast of characters from their upcoming film The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

The cast includes Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Ian Holm, Christopher Lee, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood, Evangeline Lilly, Andy Serkis and Richard Armitage.

Peter Jackson will be directing three films that will adapt the famous J.R.R. Tolkien novel. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will hit theaters this December.
