IFC Films Picks Up New Independent Comedy with Parker Posey

Parker Posey’s new film, Price Check, has found a home at IFC Films. According to IndieWire, IFC Films will have all the North American rights to the film which they plan on releasing the film in the near future.

Price Check is an indie comedy from writer-director Michael Walker. Posey plays a supermarket manager who takes a special interest in one married male employee. After a raise and promotion for the employee, the two begin to have an affair. Posey is joined by Eric Mabius, Annie Parisse, Josh Pais, Cheyenne Jackson and Edward Herrmann in the comedy.

IFC Films picked up Price Check after its premiere at the Sundance festival earlier this year. Click here to watch a preview for the upcoming indie comedy in theaters Nov. 16.
