Olivia Munn to Guest on New Girl in Multiple-Episode Arc

It seems a new girl will be joining the cast of New Girl: Olivia Munn.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Munn will play Angie, the girlfriend of Nick (Jake Johnson), in several episodes this season. She will reportedly get along well with the group, however due to Munn’s other commitment with HBO’s The Newsroom, she’s not expected to stick around long. Her first episode will likely air in November.

New Girl started its second season this week (read our review). The show airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
