Watch a Trailer for Jackie Robinson Biopic 42

The first trailer for the upcoming Jackie Robinson biopic, 42, has been released by iTunes Movie Trailers. The film was written and directed by Brian Helgeland and stars Harrison Ford and Chadwick Boseman.

Boseman is tapped to portray the legendary Robinson, the first African American baseball player to compete in the major leagues. Ford plays Brooklyn Dodger’s general manager Branch Rickey, the man who signed Robinson to the minor leagues before raising him to the majors.

42 is set to be released April 12, 2013.
