Watch Frank Ocean on SNL

The 38th season of Saturday Night Live kicked off on Saturday night, and in addition to Seth MacFarlane treating the audience to his full repertoire of voices and impressions, Frank Ocean filled the role of musical guest.

On a set decorated with old school arcade games, the new school R&B star performed “Thinking About You” and “Pyramids,” both songs coming off his recent album channelORANGE. John Mayer joined Ocean on guitar during both songs and even busted into a solo at the end of “Pyramids.” With the spotlight on Mayer, Ocean couldn’t resist the urge to try his hand at one of the arcade games, turning to the camera and smiling as Mayer wrapped it up.
