Watch The Avett Brothers on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

In support of the release of their newest album, The Carpenter, The Avett Brothers appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to perform two tracks their latest record.

The short performance gave a good impression of two of the strongest tracks from The Carpenter. An upbeat rendition of “Live and Die,” complete with banjo solo and a sing-along chorus, kicked off the set in spectacular fashion. The second song, careful ballad “February Seven,” clearly displayed the compatibility between siblings Scott and Seth Avett, who beautifully echoed one another in the song’s final lines.
