Watch Ty Segall's New Video for "The Hill"

In August, Ty Segall released “The Hill,” the first single and first we’d heard from his forthcoming album, Twins. Now, a month before the album’s Oct. 9 release date, we have the song’s video.

The video was directed by Segall and Peter Grimm and consists of what looks like pieced-together VHS footage. A man in a bear costume is prominently involved.

Twins will be Ty Segall’s third release of 2012, following his collaboration with White Fence’s Tim Presley, Hair, and Slaughterhouse, which was released as Ty Segall Band. Twins, however, will serve as the official follow up to 2011’s Goodbye Bread.
