Watch Wilco's Animated Video for "Sunloathe"

Yes, Wilco’s latest album, The Whole Love, was released nearly a year ago, but who cares? Their recently released video for “Sunloathe” falls well within the grace period for dreamlike animated music videos with puppets.

Directed by Peter Glantz (OK Go, Andrew W.K.) and featuring over 100 original illustrations by Nathaniel Murphy, the video is colorful, otherworldly and, according to Glantz “reflects the complicated emotions expressed in the song, where we feel hope and sorrow coexist.”
