Gary Cole Joining HBO’s Veep

HBO’s comedy Veep, starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Vice President Selina Meyer, has added Gary Cole to its cast in a major recurring role, according to Deadline. The report states that Cole will appear in as many as eight of the ten episodes of Veep’s upcoming second season.

While the details of his character are remaining under wraps, the report states Cole will likely play a Karl Rove-type personality named Kent. We’re hoping vice president Dreyfus gets her TPS reports in with the right cover sheets.
