Led Zeppelin Announces <i>Celebration Day</i> Premieres

Led Zeppelin is set to unveil their brand new concert film, Celebration Day, and have set release dates in four different countries. The film chronicles the band’s 2007 reunion concert at London’s 02 Arena. In several cases, a press conference featuring the band members will accompany the premiere.

Original band members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant will be joined by Jason Bonham at the New York premiere on Oct. 9 at the Ziegfeld Theater. Page and Plant also plan to attend the London premiere at Hammersmith Apollo on Oct. 12. Furthermore, Berlin’s Oct. 15 premiere will have Jones in attendance and Page plans to appear for Tokyo’s Oct. 16 screening.

The film opens worldwide on Oct. 17, followed by the Nov. 19 DVD, CD and Blu-ray release.
