Black Keys Settle Lawsuits with Pizza Hut, Home Depot

2011’s El Camino has been the Black Keys most commercially viable album, both in terms of chart position and in corporations ripping off its songs for use in actual commercials. Pizza Hut and Home Depot used songs eerily similar to “Gold on the Ceiling” and “Lonely Boy,” respectively in TV spots, attracting the ire and lawyers of the veteran blues rocking duo.

Both companies initially denied any wrongdoing, but have now settled with the Black Keys and their producer, Danger Mouse, reports Yahoo! News. Details of the settlement have not yet been revealed.
