Brad Pitt and HBO Developing New Hour-Long Drama

Variety has reported that Brad Pitt is developing a new hour-long drama for HBO. The show will be called Paper and will revolve around an ex-gangster living in Buffalo, N.Y., who has taken up work as a debt collector. It was inspired by “Pay Up,” a 2010 article in The New Yorker by Jake Halpern.

Pitt’s production company, Plan B Entertainment, is set to produce the series, with Pitt and company president Dede Gardner serving as executive producers.
