Alan Moore Recruits TV on The Radio Vocalist For New Song

Watchmen writer Alan Moore has moved from writing graphic novels to lyrics. The writer has released the new track “Queen of Midnight,” which he wrote for his upcoming short film with Mitch Jenkins, Jimmy’s End.

Moore recruited the help of TV on The Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe for the vocals on “Queen of Midnight,” which is featured prominently in the trailer for the upcoming short film. Adebimpe’s vocals are backed by music from Crook & Flail, whose instrumentals provide the track with a 1960‘s vintage feel.

Jimmy’s End makes its premiere Nov. 25. Be sure to check out both the trailer for the short film and also listen to “Queen of Midnight.”
