Third Season of Portlandia to Include Dirty Projectors, J Mascis

Slowly but surely, the premiere of the third season of Portlandia is making its approach. From a sneak peek to the announcement of a special winter episode, IFC has been teasing fans with previews. Now Entertainment Weekly has released a lengthy list of guest stars that will appear during the third season.

Cameos from both Dirty Projectors and Dinosaur Jr.’s J Mascis take place this season (hopefully fans will see a collaboration with the musicians and stars Fred and Carrie). Also heading to the great Pacific Northwest will be Roseanne Barr, Juliette Lewis, Patton Oswalt, Rose Byrne, George Wendt, Jim Gaffigan, Matt Berry, Matt Lucas and tennis star Martina Navratilova.

You can tune into IFC to catch the special winter themed episode on Dec. 14 at 10:30 p.m. and then again for the season three premiere on Jan. 4 at 10 p.m.
