The Thermals Finish Sixth Studio Album

The Thermals have announced that they have finished working on their sixth studio album and hope to release it in the early spring.

The new album comes two and half years after release of their fifth studio album Personal Life. Right now, the new album does not have a name or a label. The band described the album as “Everything Thermals fans know and love about this band,” they said in a recent press release. “It’s like a cross between two of our best-known and -loved records, More Parts Per Million and The Body, The Blood, The Machine. It’s loud, fast, incredibly scary and undeniably catchy.”

The Thermals also announced that they will be making an appearance at this year’s SXSW in March.
