Following the flurry of Twitter activity that came with Hurricane Sandy and the election, this week has seemed relatively uneventful. But despite the absence of a single mega-event, it’s still been eventful week on the pop culture newswire (it always is), with the Petraeus scandal, the New York Times’ review of Guy Fieri’s new restaurant in Times Square and the premiere of Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln ranking among the most tweeted-about topics.
