Warner Bros. Release Eight Character Banners for Gangster Squad

With the release of the highly anticipated Gangster Squad not too far on the horizon, Warner Bros. has released eight character-based banners to promote the film. Banners featuring stars Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Nick Nolte, Robert Patrick, Michael Pena, Giovanni Ribisi and Anthony Mackie have all been released.

Gangster Squad caught some serious press this summer after the decision was made to reshoot the film due to its depiction of a firefight in a movie theater that seemed all too real after the tragedy in Colorado on July 20.

Having recently released a recut trailer, Gangster Squad is now gearing up for a Jan. 11 release. Check out the new banners below. (via Coming Soon)
