Former Office co-stars and real-life friends B.J. Novak and Mindy Kaling will finally reunite onscreen thanks to Kaling’s freshman Fox comedy The Mindy Project, Vulture reports.
Novak, who is a consulting producer on the show, will appear in two episodes playing “a charming Latin professor who bonds with Mindy over their love of a dead language.” Other plot details are scarce, however he will be joined by a friend named Lucy, played by Eva Amurri (Californication).
His episodes are expected to air early next year. The Mindy Project airs Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. on Fox.
