Cinemark Theaters to Screen Live Broadcast of 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy Benefit Concert
The highly anticipated and star-studded 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert is now only one day away and Cinemark is letting fans get a great seat even if they couldn’t score a ticket.
Deadline reports that more than 200 Cinemark, Century and Tinseltown theaters will broadcast a live feed of the concert beginning Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. EST and for the average cost of a movie ticket, with proceeds going to victims affected by Hurricane Sandy.
The Rolling Stones were just added to the benefit bill, joining Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, Kanye West, The Who, Alicia Keys and Paul McCartney.
