Comedian Hannibal Buress recently struck a deal with ABC to write and star in his own cop-themed sitcom, and now he’s taking a load off by relaxing in his socks and recording a rap song.
Titled “Gibberish Rap,” Buress informs listeners he’s not “in the booth,” but in a bedroom with his friend studying for law school nearby. He then rips into exactly what the song’s title suggests, a bunch of gibberish, mostly about how he’s rapping. When his flow can’t keep up with the beat, Buress hilariously compensates by mumbling to get back on track. Listen below, via The A.V. Club.
