Mick Jagger Delivers Top 10 List on Late Show with David Letterman
Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones are in New York for tonight’s appearance at the 12/12/12 Occupy Sandy benefit, with their subsequent 50th anniversary performance at the Prudential Center in nearby Newark, N.J., which will take place on Dec. 15. Last night, Jagger decided to stop by the Ed Sullivan Theater, where the Stones performed 48 years ago, to deliver the Top 10 list for the Late Show with David Letterman.
After coming out and acknowledging the crowd, Jagger listed the “Top 10 Things I, Mick Jagger, Have Learned After 50 Years in Rock and Roll.” With his usual flair, Jagger listed how “Nobody wants to hear anything from your new album,” “Never take relationship advice from Phil Spector” and how “You don’t earn a cent when somebody writes a song about having ‘Moves Like Jagger’.”
