Mumford and Sons Already Working on New Songs

In an interview with NME, Mumford and Sons’ banjo player Winston Marshall reveals that the band is already working on new material for the follow-up to this year’s sophomore effort Babel.

“Will we wait years for the next album? Fuck, no. You heard it here first, " Marshall said. “We’ve just started working on new songs, got a rehearsal studio. They’re bones of songs, but really exciting bones. Sturdy bones.”

Mumford and Sons recently received several Grammy nominations and are currently touring overseas.
