Watch David Letterman's Interview With Led Zeppelin
It was pretty much a Ledhead’s dream come true. Last night, all three surviving members of Led Zeppelin—Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones—sat down for a very rare interview with David Letterman on his late-night talk show, The Late Show With David Letterman.
The interview came one night after the Kennedy Center Honors, in which Led Zeppelin and David Letterman were all honored for their outstanding and influential careers in pop culture. The band kept the mood light and would slyly crack jokes to answer Letterman’s question. Traveling down memory lane, they discussed how touring caused them to have limited interactions with bands like The Kinks and The Who and recalled meeting Elvis saying, “He had a lot of chicks.”
Led Zeppelin recently released Celebration Day, which allows fans to relive their historic 2007 performance at London’s O2 Arena. Check out their appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman below.
