Arnold Schwarzenegger to Return to the Terminator Series

While his comeback film has turned into a box office flop, the Governator is not ready to step down any time soon.

At a London press conference for The Last Stand, Arnold Schwarzenegger confirmed that he will be appearing in the upcoming Terminator 5, which is currently being developed by Oscar-nominated producer Megan Ellison (Zero Dark Thirty) with screenwriters Laeta Kalogridis (Shutter Island) and Patrick Lussier (My Bloody Valentine).

According to Bleeding Cool, who were one of the first to break the story, Schwarzenegger’s upcoming projects also includes a new Conan film and Triplets, the sequel to Twins.

How an aged Arnold will fit into the Terminator universe has not been elaborated on as of yet.
