As part of their new iPad app, Delta Airlines has introduced a feature called Delta Glass Bottom Jet, which effectively pulls together pictures, Wikipedia articles and Facebook data to provide the passenger a full picture of the landscape they are flying over.
By using this feature, not only will the user to pull up information and trivia about various locations and landmarks, but they will also be able to know—via the Facebook info—whether they flying over any friends or family.
