Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Debut Second Cut from Push the Sky Away

In preparation for the February release of their forthcoming album, Push the Sky Away, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have now released the follow-up to their first single “We No Who U R.”

The song, titled “Jubilee Street,” is classic Bad Seeds—morose lyrics that seemed ripped from a Victorian-era man’s shameful diary entries, a sinister string section and Cave’s intense, tormented delivery. A slow-burner, the track begins with some minimalist guitar and drum work before building to a hypnotic conclusion where strings and choir-like vocals coalesce to form a haunting coda.
