Seth MacFarlane's Ted Character to Appear at Oscars

Given that Seth MacFarlane will be hosting this year’s Academy Awards, it only seems natural that he would incorporate some of his famous characters into the show.

Ted star Mark Wahlberg confirmed this on Anderson Live in a segment scheduled to air Friday. When asked about the possibility of a sequel to the hit R-rated buddy comedy, Wahlberg replied that the a deal has been made and MacFarlane and Co. are busy writing the script.

Wahlberg then added that he will be appearing with the potty-mouthed teddy bear at this year’s Oscar telecast. Watch the video of the announcement below (via Deadline).
