Brian Wilson on Future Beach Boys Reunions: "No. I Don't Think So"

For fans of the Beach Boys, Sunday night was bittersweet.

While former member Brian Wilson came away from the Grammys with a win, the victory seemed short-lived as during a media appearance soon after the ceremony Wilson, when asked by the press, said, “No. I don’t think so,” in response to a question on whether there would be another reunion tour, according to Forbes.

Just last year, the 70-year-old singer had been part of the Beach Boys most recent reunion tour, but after the tour ended it was reported that Wilson and two other original members had been fired by Mike Love, one of the founding members.

Love continues to tour with another version of the group under the same band name.

Brian Wilson won the Grammy for Best Historical Album on Sunday night for the deluxe boxed set of The Smile Sessions.
