Dead Confederate Announces Third Album, <i>In the Marrow</i>

Nearly two years after their last full-length album, Athens,Ga.-based rock band Dead Confederate is slated to drop their third release on April 16 via Spiderbomb Records/ Redeye.

Titled In the Marrow, the album features new drummer J.J. Bower and is set to launch a new touring cycle for the band.

In addition, the band is scheduled to play two album release shows. The first will be at Atlanta’s The Earl on April 19 at 9:30 PM (with opening acts The District Attorneys and TeePee) while the second will be at Athens’ 40 Watt Club on April 20 at 10:00 (with opening acts New Madrid and Muuy Biien).
