Kristen Wiig to Guest Star as Young Lucille Bluth for Season Four of Arrested Development
Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids) is slated to guest star and play a young Lucille Bluth in the upcoming fourth season of Arrested Development, according to Vulture.
Netflix confirmed to Us Weekly that Wiig and Seth Rogen (The Guilt Trip) would guest star on the show, but Vulture reported Tuesday that not only were Wiig and Rogen guest starring, but that Vulture was told “exclusively” that Wiig will guest star as a younger version of Lucille Bluth (Jessica Walter).
Season four is set to premiere on Netflix in May of this year and all of the episodes from that season will debut all at once with entire episodes focused on one family member at a time.
And according to The Hollywood Reporter, other notable guest stars to be featured in Arrested Development’s fourth season include Conan O’Brien, John Slattery (Mad Men) and Andy Richter.
