First Image Released from Woody Allen's Upcoming Blue Jasmine

Last January, we got a description of Woody Allen’s next film, Blue Jasmine is about “the final stages of an acute crisis and a life of a fashionable New York housewife” and is due out later this year.

Aside from brief descriptions and casting news, the writer/director/actor didn’t reveal much about the plot but Sony Pictures recently released the first image for the upcoming film via Facebook.

The film stars Cate Blanchett, Alec Baldwin, Louis C. K. and Peter Sarsgaard.
