The 1975 was born when four teenagers met at school began to write music. After the original lead singer left, Daniel was invited to join and Healy stepped up as vocalist. With this line up, the quartet really began to find their sound. The band has released two EPs, Facedown and Sex. “Sex”, the title track from the their latest EP, noticeably increased the band’s popularity. The 1975 is planning to release a third EP this year in addition to their debut album.
