Kurosawa's Criterion Collection Films Available on Hulu

Hulu and Criterion Collection are giving you the best gift you’ve ever received for someone else’s birthday.

To honor iconic director Akira Kurosawa’s day of birth, Hulu and Criterion are making available all 24 of his criterion collection films, usually only available to Hulu Plus subscribers.

Kurosawa’s birthday is March 23 but the Japanese director’s films will be available from today through midnight on Sunday.

The films included span his 57-year career. Well known classics like Seven Samurai and Drunken Angel are available. But the weekend also provides the perfect time to check out the more underrated No Regrets for Our Youth and One Wonderful Sunday.
