Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz Head to Broadway for <i>Betrayal</i>

Real-life husband and wife Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz are heading to Broadway. USA Today reports the couple will star in Harold Pintor’s Betrayal.

The play, about a woman who has an affair with her husband’s best friend, will be directed by Mike Nichols. Weisz will play the role of the adulterous wife while Craig stars opposite her as the husband. Life of Pi’s Rafe Spall is set to play the best friend.

Betrayal will be the Broadway debut for both Weisz and Spall. Craig made his first appearance on Broadway in 2009 with A Steady Rain.

According to the report, the play will begin on Oct. 1 at the Barrymore Theatre in New York and run 14 weeks.
