UnderConsideration’s Bryony Gomez-Palacio and Armin Vit, who already tirelessly curate great design on the web, have announced the release of a quarterly publication that highlights the most “interesting, relevant and simply fun-to-see projects.”
In the promotional video below, Vit flips through a series of pages filled with the most beautiful and unique design projects—some, American Airlines’ rebrand, get beautiful two-page spreads.
The publication is printed in full color on newsprint with covers made from make-ready and test sheets from printers. Each issue’s cover will be printed with a different style of paper. A UC Quarterly logo is stamped on top of the books. There are two purchase options, four issues for $45 or one issue for $15.
Gomez-Palacio and Vit are designers who have written three books, published six blogs (Speak Up, Brand New, Quipsologies, The Design Encyclopedia, Word It and FPO) and lectured around the world. They were previously employed at two of the most prestigious design firms, Addison and Pentagram.
