Adam Scott in Talks to Join Hot Tub Time Machine 2
Parks and Recreation‘s Adam Scott is in talks to join the sequel to 2010’s Hot Tub Time Machine, TheWrap reports.
Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry, Clark Duke and director Steve Pink are expected to return. John Cusack has opted out of appearing in the sequel.
If Scott’s deal closes, he will reportedly be playing a brand new character, not replacing Cusack’s Adam.
The original Hot Tub Time Machine centered around four men who travel back to the ’80s via—you guessed it—a hot tub. It grossed $50 million domestically.
